The Economic Chamber of Upper Austria presented 2014 INEO Award to the Schneckenreither international forwarding company on 30 October for their high level of commitment, the responsible promotion of professional development and the high quality of training in the apprenticeship.
The INEO Award was given to the company in the category “apprentices with a migration background”. At Schneckenreither the apprentices are fully integrated into the operation and also assume responsibility. Young people with immigrant backgrounds can be very positive for an international business, especially when their skills are needed for operation (language, cultural understanding / proximity to the customer community).
INEO stands for innovation, sustainability, commitment and orientation; these values are standard of the apprenticeship with Schneckenreither forwarding
